My Dad is cool because he managed to raise 5 of us without losing his cool. He takes time for all of us, still helps us with our projects around our own homes, and doesn't lose his cool with the grand children.

He is a very likeable and respectable guy at home, work and out in the public. He is a big kid when it comes to joking around. He does not take only one side of a story; instead, he takes all sides of the story to make his own judgment.

Whenever I need to find something new or different in my life, I turn to my Dad. He introduced me to Stevie Ray Vaughn and ZZ Top. He seems to always be a head of the curve. How many 61 year olds are that cool?

My dad is the best because he enjoys doing fun things and is a kid at heart. He is also very smart, strong and fun to be with. He loves to take me to amusement parks and the lake. He loves to go to family gatherings and cook outs. He's the worlds greatest DAD!!!!!

Whenever I come home, my Dad smiles from ear to ear, yells my name and gives me the biggest bear hug. He makes me feel like the most important person in the world and prays for me every day. He loves my mom and has always put family above work.

My Dad is soooo cool! He started his own business when I was just a little kid and even though I didn't get to see him as much as I wanted he taught me good work ethics. He taught me that if you ever want to improve your life situation you had to work at it and that I was the ONLY person that could change anything in my life. MY Dad is the best DAD there ever was!

While there's always been this age gap between us, he's always been pretty understanding and 100% supportive of my decisions. I've been in New York and Paris because of him, learning so much and having the best time! I appreciate all the sacrifices he's made for me...something I'll never forget. My dad is the best!

My father was a Carrier dealer for almost 40 years. He epitomized hard work, fairness, and honesty. Three things I believe are lacking in today¿s society.

My Dad, like Willis H. Carrier, loves air conditioning! Together we run the family heating & cooling business. I admire his caring, considerate attitude toward everyone: his employees, family, friends, and strangers. He always wants to do the right thing. I can remember being very young and customers coming up to talk to him, thanking him for the Carrier A/C he installed and they loved it! I want to be just like him, helping other people feel comfortable. He is an innovator, even though he is very knowledgeable about HVAC, he still keeps an open mind on newly developed products and is always looking for something better to help his customers. He is not only a great business man, but a great Dad!

My Dad knew people in every walk of life, really knew them whether they were young or old, rich or poor, well or sick. He was so understanding and always helpful, always ready to volunteer his services. He raised 5 children and each one was his favorite.

My dad is definitely the coolest. Not only has he been working extremely hard to provide me with enough money to go through a respectful school and come out with next-to-nothing in debt, but he finds time to play in his own band with his best friend. Also I get front row seats when he plays a show!!

My Dad is the best he plays baseball with me, takes me to the movies and he is always there for me. He works really hard but always seems to have time for me when he gets home. That is why I think my dad should be picked cool Dad plus my Dad works for Carrier and builds air conditioners.

The best thing that describes him is that he is almost grownup. Young in mind, spirit and attitude. With a large love of life and family.

Our father is cool because when we were little he would give up his weekends to take us camping. In addition, he would fund, put up with, and even encourage all of our pet undertakings, including three cats and a number of gerbils, two hamsters, and over forty rabbits.
